    What size tent do I need?

    This is a tricky question! What do you want to do under the tent? Is always my question back to you, here ís why: Buffet style seating? Round tables? Wait staff? Dinner & Dancing? DJ or a band? Band with two or six musicians? Head table or sweet heart table. The answers are endless it is best to call with this question!

    When do you set up?

    Again a tricky question! However in most cases - We deliver on Thursday & Friday and take down Monday & Tuesday (see policies for more info.)

    Do you set up the tent?

    Yes!

    Does setting up the tent, dance floor or lights cost extra?

    No.

    Do you set up tables & chairs?

    No we leave them in a stack for you to set up.

    Can you set tables & chairs?

    Yes. The fee would be .25 per chair & 1.00 per table and a floor plan must be available.

    Do you do set up surprise parties?

    Yes! A special delivery fee may need to be charged for this service.

    Can I use my tent on Friday for the rehearsal dinner or Sunday for a breakfast buffet for our out of town guests?

    YES! Proper planning may be needed for use on Friday night. Just ask Suzanne or Sean.

    Will you come to the property and do a site check?

    YES! We can come out and tell you your options that will work best for the property and our equipment. If you do not ask for a site check we will not come out. Know your property & the plans you have for the property for your event.

    Can we get a discount if we help set up?

    No. Sorry! No one is allowed on the truck.

    My family / friends will be there to help what can they do?

    They can set up tables & chairs as soon as the tent is set. Please give us the space we need to get the tent up. It is best if no one is there to help us.

    Can my children run around as your setting up the tent?

    No please keep children away from the tent site for thier own safety.

    Do you mind if we watch and talk to you while your setting up?

    We politely request that you give us some space to get the tent up. Once the tent is up, please feel free to ask questions then.

    Do you rent linen and dish wear?

    Yes. We can special order anything.

    Do you require a deposit?

    Yes. We require a 25% non refundable deposit to hold date and book equipment (see policies.)

    Do you offer non profitís a discount?

    Yes but all events wanting a discount / donation need to contact Suzanne or Sean three months before the event.

    No. Non payment will result in non delivery.

    Does ground need to be flat?

    Not necessarily, but it does need to work for you.

    Do I need to get a permit?

    Maybe. Tents that are 20 x 20 or bigger may require a permit. Every town is different call your local fire department.

    Do we need to be on site when you setting up the tent?

    No. We just need to know where you want the tent.

    When do we pay you?

    We require 25% down to book date and hold equipment with the balance due one week prior to your delivery date.

    Can we cook under the tent?

    No sorry no grills or fires under the tent.

    What if the tent wont fit where I want it? What if we have an animal barn near the tent site? What if the tent site is on my hard pack driveway?

    We have tents for weddings and tents for fairgrounds. If your tent site is near animal barn, on a driveway, or at the fairgrounds you will get a fairground quality tent. If you order a wedding tent and we show up and the tent site is in fact near a barn or on a hard pack driveway. We will NOT set up the wedding tent on this tent site, we will NOT refund any money and in most cases we can set up a fairgrounds tent for you - unless it has been rented as we are a small family business. Be sure to measure your property and tell us what is near the tent site.

    If the equipment is ordered & paid for but wont work on your property will you refund my money?

    If you order our rental equipment and we show up with it on the truck / van, and it can't be used in the desired site? For ANY reason we will do our best to look at your property and come up with another location. However if the equipment can not be used on your property for ANY reason we will NOT REFUND ANY MONEY or offer credit. As we loaded and delivered it - PLEASE describe YOUR property accurately. examples - dance floor will never be placed on gravel. moon bounce will not be left on hard pack, tar, hill. tents are not placed in driveways unless discussed with Suzanne at TIME OF BOOKING NOT time of delivery. tent liner will not be used near a live stock barn. sidewalls will not go on a driveway or hard pack surface. If you order something and it doesn't work for ANY reason we will NOT refund any money.
